I think I hear you on the title to this one... but the point is really supposed to be on creating truly local, urban (CITY HARVEST) food sources. All the apples were created via computers... Here's the 'How'd they do that' video
I just finished reading Waste, a brilliant book which tells the entire story of our extravagant food wastefulness and then stumbled upon this video which dramatizes the point quite effectively. Very cool CGI. Thanks for the link. Keith
